ABOUT Located in the outskirts of Level Three, not too far from the Ariel Library is a small block-shaped building dappled in an array of red, yellows, and oranges not so different from an exquisite oil painting. Only the large steel signage bearing the club's name in a graceful script signals visitors to this exclusive host club and lounge where it is all about decadence and extravagant indulgence. The selection of hosts and hostesses are featured on posters at the club's entrance, and bouncers stand watch at the doors to firmly enforce the dress code: smart casual, no sportswear allowed. Club Rapier's building was formerly a small boutique love hotel called The Jewelbox that was going out of business. After it was bought (through a very interesting deal involving a silver tongue and clever maneuvers), it was remodeled into a fantastic escape for lovers of decadence whether upon the stage, the palate, or the bed. The first floor is what greets visitors when they enter: a plush lounge full of small tables and comfortable seats perfect for sinking back and watching performances on the stage or accommodating a host or hostesses' attentions right by their sides or on their laps. There is also an upper lounge overlooking everything, where visitors can enjoy a host's private and exclusive attention. As a host club, hosts and hostesses employed at Club Rapier are obliged to not just serve customers but go out of their way to socialize with them. This may or may not end in purchasing extra services, which will be fulfilled in one of the second floor private rooms. While Club Rapier markets itself as a host club, it is also a venue for tasteful entertainment from live jazz music to breathtaking magic tricks. Food and drink is also a focus with seasonal finger food buffets available during special events. The rooms for extra services are left-over amenities from the Club's former life as a boutique love hotel. The interiors are elegant and had been hand-picked for quality, but they are also equipped with a variety of tools such as rafters, silk ties, and calligraphy equipment to facilitate a wide range of indulgent kinks to satisfy the senses. Club Membership and Buying Time
Starting 7/1, Club Rapier has rolled out a membership program for frequent guests. Those who want to be members can choose from various levels:
-Rapier Guest Card: basic membership, allows a guest to enter the establishment freely for a monthly fee.
-Rapier VIP Card: the second level of membership, guests can enter the establishment freely for a monthly fee. They also get a free drink and a plate of the house special finger food for that month.
-Rapier Golden Guest Card: the highest level of membership, offers all the perks of the VIP card + a free one hour with any host each visit.
Walk-in guests are still welcome. They only have to pay a one-time cover charge at the door and will be issued a paper card valid for only that night.
Buying Time (How Club Rapier Works)
Before their shift begins, hosts swipe their staff cards on their booth's card reader to claim it. Every guest brought to that booth will be charged for that host's time.
To buy time with a host, guests swipe their cards at a discreet card reader at the host's booth. They are automatically charged for the hours they spend. To end the session at the booth, they just swipe the card again.
For extra services, guests are taken up to the private rooms by the host (only hosts/staff can control the elevator). The host swipes first to claim the room (or authenticate its ownership for the suites) then guests unlock the door by swiping their card for a one-time fee.
Marks are deducted at the reception anteroom as the guest exits.
