THE CLEAN(ISH) SECTION

Full name: Genesis Rhapsodos
Age: 31 (I keep flip-flopping between 31 and 32, but I'll make it clear: he's 31.)

Zodiac sign: Cancer (but I doubt he knows about western astrology/star signs. As far as I know, they don't use it in his canon.)

Height: About 6ft.

Build: Athletic, like a swimmer with broad shoulders and a tapered torso. Due to years of military training, all his muscles are well-developed. Compared to normal people, his build makes him look like a very powerful man. But compared to other men with similar backgrounds (military background, fighters), his build is a little more slender and graceful rather than powerful.

Genesis' most striking attributes, aside from his height and frame, are his red hair and blue eyes. His auburn hair that leans more towards brown than bright red is clipped in a short, stylish, layered cut which sets him apart from the other 1st Class SOLDIERs. He has very expressive cerulean blue eyes that glow faintly due to the mako in his body. Although Genesis can wear various expressions well, from intense anger to an open sadness, his natural expression seems to show the way he holds people at a distance with his thin (lightly-groomed) eyebrows slanted up, his blue eyes bright and clever, and his full, rosy lips resting into a natural smirk.

Genesis' skin is sun-kissed, a nod to his life spent in the orchards of Banora. It's a very healthy fair color with a golden undertone. His nipples are a dusky rose, a bit dark against his skin, but they nicely accent the meatiness of his pectorals. When it comes to muscle definition, the most toned parts of his body are his arms (very very strong yet lean arms thanks to years of wielding a super-huge sword), his shoulders, his back muscles, his chest, and the upper part of his abdominals under the pectorals and around the waist. There is some definition around his stomach and hips, but it's more lean than buff. It shows that most of his physical strength is in his upper body. His legs are very toned and firm, but not as built as his upper body.

Body hair: Genesis feels like body hair is bothersome, so he gets it waxed off... not that he has much to begin with. If any grows out, it's mostly fine but dark auburn.
Scent: Genesis has a habit of wearing too much cologne, but Zexion is trying to wean him off that. Still, he definitely carries a signature scent that rubs off on people who snuggle up against him. He smells particularly of cloves, cardamom, and sandalwood: spicy, warm, and a bit intense depending on how much he put on that day. It complements the smell of Club Rapier itself which is scented with its own signature blend of cloves and cinnamon. To most people, he just smells like his own club.

Clothes: Genesis' outfit in canon is his military uniform with SOLDIER-- a long red leather duster with black spaulders and silver cuffs, a black fine cotton turtleneck shirt, the heavy SOLDIER belt, black leather pants, red leather gloves, and thigh-high leather boots with a one-inch heel. His tendency to wear his cologne heavy comes from wanting to mask up the smell of leather, sweat, and blood from his uniform.

Now that he's built up a wardrobe of more things to wear in Ariel, his canon outfit doesn't make much of an appearance anymore. Instead, he's seen most of the time in double-breasted suits in black or navy tailored to show off the breadth of his shoulders and his tapered torso. Inside the suits is usually a white button-up dress shirt and a crimson tie. Occassionally, he might wear a black cotton turtleneck or a red dress shirt inside instead. Also, he might occassionally wear a three-piece suit, either pinstripe navy or a very sleek satin-y black. Almost all his ties are red, he only has two in black.

On his days off or his free time, he usually keeps things simple in a black turtleneck or shirt, black jeans or leather pants, black leather shoes, and a dark red leather jacket or a soft black blazer. When it's sunny, he also has a pair of dark fancy-looking shades... like so.

Scars: He's a bit riddled with all kinds of scars, but they're mostly old and faded thanks to how fast his body heals. But the one scar that really stands out on his front is the one that runs over his left shoulder from a bit over his pectoral to the top of his back. He's a bit sensitive about people touching it unless you're someone he trusts a lot. There is also a large scar on his back that runs around his shoulder blade. This is where his wing emerges. It's very sensitive.

Piercings: Genesis has three piercings, all on his ears. The first one is a long, dangling, thin silver earring on his right earlobe. This is probably the best reference for how it exactly looks like. Except not with a hook. It's a lot more stable with a clasp that goes around the lobe like this. The next two piercings he has are on his left ear, both on the lobe. On this side he wears two gem stud earrings framed with silver: one turquoise and one lapis lazuli.

Tattoos: None.

Other notable physical details: Genesis can summon out a large black wing from his left side.

Current level: 6
Feelings on said level: Quite satisfied, feeling settled in now. Though he doesn't feel particularly wealthy despite owning his own business. He thinks he still needs more time before he can call himself a rich man.
Residence: He lives in a luxurious condominium (Unit 1-4) in Level 4 (yay floorplan! The entire condo is also based on this condo in Miami). He occupies the master suite. Since they do have a room used as a library and study, Genesis keeps his bedroom rather spartan with a white and grey color scheme. As much as he loves red, keeping his bedroom (and most of the apartment) free of that color gives him a visual divide between work and rest.
Occupation: He owns and manages Club Rapier.

Vices of choice: He drinks, but only to help him unwind or help him enjoy an event. He also occasionally smokes shisha and enjoys the oxygen bar. When he drinks, he usually prefers wine, brandy, or any hard, dark-colored liquor meant to be sipped leisurely.
Hygienic routine: As the boss of Club Rapier, Genesis is always out to make a good impression. Also, out of military habit, he showers every morning/afternoon after brunch/lunch. He also blowdries his hair, brushes his teeth, grooms his eyebrows a bit, checks for any offending body hair and shaves/makes a waxing appointment if applicable, applies skincare products, then spritzes on his cologne. He's trying very hard just to keep to one spritz. Nowadays, he usually spritzes once (or twice) on his body (at his chest) and once (or twice) on his suit.
Other daily habits: EYEDROPS. Genesis feels a bit conscious about his age and how getting older means having weaker eyesight. He doesn't like the idea of wearing glasses, so he keeps a bottle of eyedrops at his desk and in the master bath. He thinks keeping his eyes from feeling strained will help them keep their perfect vision longer. Also, he takes a special supplement to keep his colon very clean.
Sleeping habits: Genesis usually sleeps from 4:30am to 9:30am since he keeps a morning work-out routine at the condo gym (he isn't very fond of visiting The Grind ever since the incident with Cadence). Though sometimes, he might sleep until 11:30 if he was particularly exhausted the night before.

Spoken language(s): The common language in Gaia, passably fluent in Wutaian (possibly East Asian-based).
Voice: Gackt as Genesis. His voice is a melodic baritone, deep and sweeping, warm and pleasant to the ear.

THE DIRTY(ISH) SECTION
Sexual preference: Genesis is bi, but prefers male partners a bit more often than women. Ever since he entered Ariel, though, his taste in men had changed from those kind of similar to him to younger men with more slender bodies. Doing it with Zexion for the first time and finding it amazing pretty much set the trend in motion. He doesn't have a particular type when it comes to women, but he does like them a bit curvy or at least with curvy hips. Ariel's influence makes him less picky about who he sleeps with, but he genuinely feels attracted to men and women with fair skin, grey/silver/white hair and pale eyes (blue/grey). People who knew him from when he was Sephiroth's slave will probably attest that he looks A LOT more comfortable in a position of power than that of submission.
